The Director of National Accounts represents the hotel in developing market segments and new customer relationships, maximizing revenue in rooms, public space, food and beverage, and ancillary products and services. The role requires strong client connections in the Central region, handling the incentive market. This is a remote position.
Requirements
- Negotiates contracts with customers and commission agreements with third party agencies
- Develops sales forecasts, salesperson productivity and market segment plans
- Conducts site inspections with potential customers
- Provides guidance to sales managers
