As a Technical Program Manager focused on Product Operations, you will bridge customer insights and engineering execution to ensure software delivers real-world value. You’ll capture workflow gaps, validate features through hands-on testing, and provide structured guidance to cross-functional teams. This role requires translating complex customer needs into actionable, engineering-ready requirements while documenting decisions, trade-offs, and release readiness. You will work closely with product, support, and marketing teams to maintain high-quality standards and ensure features function predictably in the field. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, is detail-oriented, and enjoys shaping processes that directly impact product reliability and user satisfaction.
Accountabilities:
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback and workflow insights to identify gaps and inform product decisions.
- Translate complex needs into clear, engineering-ready requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Test new features end-to-end, simulating real user experiences to ensure quality and reliability.
- Document decisions, trade-offs, risks, and expected behavior for internal teams.
- Coordinate release readiness with support and marketing teams, ensuring accurate release notes.
- Investigate support issues, reproduce root causes, and confirm fixes.
- Identify recurring patterns and provide data-backed recommendations for product improvements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product, program, operations, or SaaS roles.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills—clear, concise, and structured.
- Ability to understand complex workflows quickly and simplify them for engineering and operational use.
- Comfort with mobile and web application testing, including end-to-end validation.
- Proactive mindset for documentation, filling clarity gaps early in the product cycle.
- Ability to work independently within a lean, senior team.
