Senior Technical Program Manager

This role offers a strategic opportunity to lead and coordinate complex technical programs that directly impact customer success and adoption of enterprise software solutions. You will manage multi-faceted initiatives including migrations, integrations, onboarding, and custom projects while ensuring high-quality, timely delivery. Acting as a technical liaison, you will collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to align on project scope, milestones, and operational processes. The position combines program leadership, technical fluency, and customer-focused execution in a dynamic, global environment. You will drive continuous improvement, provide executive reporting, and influence both internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve measurable outcomes. This is an ideal role for a seasoned professional who thrives on cross-functional coordination and delivering results at scale.

Accountabilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, customer-facing technical programs, including migrations, onboarding, integrations, and enterprise projects.
• Build, refine, and optimize program management processes to ensure scalability, visibility, and consistency across global teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align priorities, manage dependencies, and track milestones.
• Identify gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives across operational processes.
• Provide executive-level reporting on program progress, metrics, and outcomes.
• Serve as a trusted technical liaison for enterprise customers, ensuring program delivery meets architecture, compliance, and business objectives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing complex technical programs in SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise software environments.
• Proven success leading customer delivery initiatives such as migrations, integrations, or onboarding programs.
• PMP or Scrum certification is required.
• Strong technical understanding of system architecture, APIs, and integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to build scalable delivery frameworks and improve global operational processes.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive reporting.
• Comfortable working across global, cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, FedRAMP, GDPR, ISO 27001) preferred.
