 Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for precise execution of
multiple projects and ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and
within budget.
 Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
 Create and maintain comprehensive technical project documentation.
 Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short
and long-term goals.
 Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff
members.
 Work closely with engineering and product teams to design technical solutions for new
feature development.
 Engage with the Data Science team to train intelligent document processing AI models
tailored to specific customer requirements.
 Support the Customer Success team in maintaining production environment health and
stability.
 Telecommuting Allowed
Minimum Requirements:
Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Analytics or related field, plus two (2) years
experience in technical integrations, particularly with Salesforce. Experience must include 2
years of systems design and Data Analysis. Must have demonstrated knowledge of AWS, Azure,
GCP and Data Visualization. Experience may be gained concurrently.
