What is this position about?

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to manage the execution of different projects by defining the strategy and understanding the business contexts, needs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You will need to coordinate and create the necessary methodologies, ensuring that outcomes are met by setting clear expectations and guidelines.

You may work 100% remotely if you are currently living in LATAM, or you can always join us at the office!

Job Description

• Developing required project plans including detailed timelines, resource allocations, milestones, forecasts, and status reports.
• Communicating with technical team members to contribute to technical discussions.
• Proactively solving problems and initiating necessary collaboration within the teams (anticipate, identify and actively resolve issues).
• Overseeing the overall quality of project delivery, ongoing performance and ensuring client satisfaction is fully met.
• Assisting with meeting coordination and facilitation for cross-functional teams as required for each project.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management with IT product-related deliverables.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g.: Scrum, Kanban, or other), Scrum Master certification or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency in conveying complex ideas and technical information in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience with tools such as Smartsheets and or Jira/Confluence are a must.
• Knowledge in risk management, stakeholder management, and change management is a plus.
• Ability to work independently.
• Capacity to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.

Excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication is a must!

How much experience must I have?

We're looking for someone with 5 years of experience working as a Project Manager in the IT field.
