QA Engineer (Fixed-Term Contract)

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and usability of web applications through rigorous UI testing. Working remotely, you will collaborate closely with developers to identify and resolve issues, contributing to polished, bug-free releases. This short-term, high-impact contract allows you to apply both manual and automated testing skills, with exposure to AI-driven testing tools and modern UI frameworks. Accountabilities

• Execute manual and automated UI tests to validate functionality, usability, and performance.
• Identify, document, and track bugs, ensuring clear communication of issues to development teams.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure high-quality software releases within the contract timeline.
• Participate in test planning and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.
• Support the implementation of AI-driven testing frameworks to increase efficiency and coverage.

Requirements

• Experience in QA engineering with a focus on UI testing.
• Familiarity with manual and automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Knowledge of AI-driven testing solutions such as Playwright MCP is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to identifying and reporting defects.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with remote development teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks within a short-term contract effectively.
