In this role, you will shape the future of conversational AI by designing and implementing cutting-edge Generative AI solutions that drive impactful business outcomes. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to architect cloud-native systems that are scalable, resilient, and production-ready. Your expertise will influence technical direction, mentor engineering teams, and establish best practices across the organization. Accountabilities
- Architect and implement next-generation Conversational AI products, leveraging Generative AI technologies.
- Lead and mentor engineering teams, providing technical guidance and promoting best practices.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Design cloud-native architectures that ensure resilience, scalability, and future readiness.
- Integrate and champion advanced AI tools and services across the engineering organization.
- Drive engineering excellence through test automation, quality-first delivery, and code review practices.
- Contribute to the AI vision and technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience building full-stack applications using Java and Node.js; experience with Python and Vue.js is a plus.
- 5+ years designing and architecting enterprise-grade SaaS products.
- 5+ years shipping AI or machine learning products to production environments.
- Deep experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP, AWS, or similar.
- Background in data analytics and reporting tools, especially for conversational analytics or contact centers, is desirable.
- Proven track record leading engineering teams as a technical expert and mentor.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
