Accountabilities
- Translate corporate and functional strategy into clear priorities, structured processes, and measurable results.
- Program-manage small to medium clinical workstreams, coordinating cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Research, and Care Delivery.
- Facilitate executive alignment through meeting coordination, agenda setting, and accountability tracking.
- Develop and oversee communication mechanisms to ensure visibility and alignment across teams.
- Plan and manage team offsites, trainings, and workshops that connect strategic objectives to day-to-day execution.
- Recommend process improvements and establish operational practices that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Represent the team’s perspective externally with cross-functional stakeholders and partners as needed.
Requirements
- 7+ years of healthcare industry experience (5+ with Master’s, 3+ with PhD), ideally in digital health, health systems, or clinical operations.
- Demonstrated success in program or project management within cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational effectiveness with the ability to design and execute operational frameworks.
- Experience setting metrics and tracking team performance against goals.
- Comfort working with executive-level stakeholders and facilitating alignment.
- Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) for diverse audiences.
- Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and influence without authority.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with change and ambiguity.
