This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Lead Power Platform Solutions Engineer in Canada.
In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of business solutions on Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, driving adoption of best practices and security standards across global teams. You will collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to define and implement innovative AI-enabled solutions using tools such as Copilot Studio. This position offers the opportunity to create reusable solution templates, mentor colleagues, and ensure alignment with enterprise technology strategies. You will provide technical guidance on complex projects, support standardization, and actively contribute to shaping a scalable and secure Power Platform environment. The role is hybrid, combining office collaboration with remote work to maximize flexibility while maintaining strong team engagement.
Accountabilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring compliance with security and development best practices.
- Collaborate with segment and enterprise architects to create reusable solution templates and standardize integrations and configurations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to developers and architects across business projects, reviewing solution designs and recommending improvements.
- Educate and mentor global teams on Power Platform practices, security, and architecture through workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled tools such as Copilot Studio to enhance business processes and solution capabilities.
- Participate in enterprise projects to implement technology solutions that support organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a cloud developer, with at least 5 years on Power Platform/Dynamics 365 as a pro-code developer.
- At least 5 years as a solutions architect or lead engineer on Power Platform/Dynamics projects.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, Power Platform CLI, and Dataverse security.
- Strong knowledge of Power Apps (Canvas and Model Driven), Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, and AI integration tools.
- Solid experience with Azure services including Logic Apps, Functions, SQL, DataLake, Service Bus, and Application Insights.
- Proven experience in designing and developing multiple Dynamics applications within the same environment.
- Experience in administration and governance of Power Platform environments, capacity, licensing, and custom tools.
- Bilingual communication skills (English and French) are preferred to serve a diverse client base.
- Relevant Power Platform developer and architect certifications are desirable; experience in large, complex environments is an asset.
