Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable backend services and APIs for enterprise SaaS applications.
• Build and manage complex database schemas and queries using PostgreSQL.
• Deploy and operate cloud-native services on AWS, ensuring security, reliability, and scalability.
• Research, prototype, and implement AI-powered development tools to enhance code quality, automate tasks, and accelerate the software lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user requirements into intuitive, user-friendly solutions.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, promote best practices, and foster a culture of technical excellence.
• Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipeline optimization, and maintain high engineering standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong background in building and scaling B2B SaaS platforms.
• Deep proficiency in Ruby or Go (Golang) and related development frameworks.
• Strong experience with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL.
• Proven expertise in building, deploying, and maintaining applications on cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Experience applying AI tools to improve development processes, including code completion, automated review, or CI/CD enhancements.
• Product-focused mindset with strong user experience sensibility.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and experience architecting complex, distributed systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a highly dynamic, global team environment.
