As an Implementation Manager, you will lead clients through the onboarding and adoption of cutting-edge AI-powered solutions that transform customer engagement. In this role, you will guide clients from initial setup to full product adoption, ensuring their objectives are met efficiently. You will collaborate across internal teams—including product, engineering, and customer success—while serving as the primary technical and strategic contact for key accounts. This role combines strong project management, technical expertise, and client-facing skills, providing the opportunity to directly impact customer satisfaction and success.
Accountabilities
In this role, you will:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, building strong, lasting relationships.
- Lead the onboarding and implementation process for multiple clients, ensuring timely and effective adoption of AI-powered customer support solutions.
- Gather and analyze client business and technical requirements, facilitating discovery sessions as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, engineering, support) to address client needs and resolve issues.
- Configure, train, and guide clients on product features including analytics, auto-QA, agent assist, screen recording, and voice of the customer tools.
- Monitor key account metrics such as product usage and customer satisfaction, and use insights to drive improvements.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling solutions based on client needs.
Requirements
Candidates should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in a hands-on technical role, including at least 1 year of delivering successful customer implementations.
- Strong technical background with SaaS platforms, API integrations, and cloud services.
- Excellent project management skills, able to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable guidance for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and self-motivation.
Optional / Preferred:
- Experience integrating with CRMs such as Salesforce.
- Familiarity with intent-based or generative AI technologies.
- Experience with telephony systems such as AWS Connect, Five9, or Genesys.
