Frontend Engineer (Remote - India)

As a Frontend Engineer, you will design and build high-performance, user-friendly web applications that power critical workflows for modern sales teams. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to create responsive interfaces that integrate with AI-driven systems and handle complex data in a seamless manner. This role provides an opportunity to influence the product experience, iterate rapidly based on user feedback, and help scale a platform that delivers meaningful insights to customers worldwide. Accountabilities

• Design, develop, and maintain frontend features using TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS.
• Build responsive, scalable, and user-friendly web applications that deliver high performance and usability.
• Take ownership of frontend components, ensuring clean, maintainable, and well-documented code aligned with coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement features based on user feedback, analytics, and product requirements.
• Continuously improve frontend architecture and implement best practices to support scalability and maintainability.
• Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and propose innovative solutions to enhance the user experience.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional frontend development experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, preferably React.js.
• Proficiency with TypeScript and its type system, following best practices.
• Experience building responsive and accessible UIs using Tailwind CSS.
• Familiarity with frontend tooling and workflows such as Webpack, Babel, or similar.
• Understanding of frontend state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API, Zustand).
• Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to iterate based on user feedback.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, adaptability, and eagerness to learn new technologies.

Bonus / Preferred Skills:

• Experience contributing to AI-assisted or data-intensive applications.
• Knowledge of modern design patterns and performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with collaborative development in remote teams and agile workflows.
