Job Bridge Global está en búsqueda de un Ingeniero de Soluciones en Contenedores (Administración y Desarrollo) para unirse a nuestro equipo. En este rol clave, serás responsable de diseñar, implementar y gestionar soluciones innovadoras utilizando contenedores que optimicen los procesos de desarrollo y despliegue de software. Trabajarás en un entorno dinámico y colaborativo, contribuyendo a la modernización de las infraestructuras tecnológicas de nuestros clientes.

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Desarrollar e implementar soluciones de contenedores que se alineen con las necesidades de los proyectos y estrategias de negocio.
  • Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo de software para fomentar la adopción de tecnologías de contenedorización.
  • Gestionar la administración de los entornos de contenedores, asegurando su rendimiento y seguridad.
  • Evaluar y seleccionar herramientas y plataformas para gestionar contenedores y orquestación (ej. Kubernetes, Docker Swarm).
  • Ofrecer soporte técnico y capacitación a los equipos sobre el uso de contenedores y sus beneficios.
  • Identificar y resolver problemas técnicos relacionados con la infraestructura de contenedores.
  • Crear y mantener la documentación técnica y de procesos relacionados con las soluciones implementadas.
  • Colaborar en iniciativas de mejora continua y optimización de procesos relacionados con el desarrollo y despliegue de software.
  • Estar al tanto de las tendencias tecnológicas y mejores prácticas en el ámbito de la contenedorización.

Requirements

  • Título universitario en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática, o un campo relacionado.
  • Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en administración y desarrollo de soluciones de contenedores.
  • Certificación en Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) – CNCF/Linux Foundation o Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration, Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) – CNCF/Linux Foundation, Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Application Development
  • Conocimiento sólido en tecnologías de virtualización y contenedorización (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
  • Experiencia con herramientas de CI/CD y metodologías ágiles.
  • Fuerte entendimiento de los principios de DevOps y prácticas de automatización.
  • Excelentes habilidades de resolución de problemas y capacidad de análisis.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y de ritmo rápido.
  • Certificaciones relevantes en tecnologías de contenedores (por ejemplo, Docker Certified Associate, Kubernetes Administrator) son una ventaja.
  • Desea aprender y adaptarse a nuevas tecnologías rápidamente.
