Job Bridge Global está en busca de un Ingeniero en Sistemas Certificado – Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator para unirse a nuestro equipo. En este rol, serás responsable de la implementación, administración y soporte de sistemas informáticos basados en tecnología de Microsoft. Tu función será asegurar que las infraestructuras, tanto físicas como virtuales, operen de manera eficiente y segura dentro de la organización.

Responsabilidades clave:

  • Instalar y configurar sistemas operativos Windows y otros servicios de Microsoft en servidores y estaciones de trabajo.
  • Monitorear el rendimiento de los sistemas, solucionando problemas y realizando mantenimiento preventivo.
  • Implementar medidas de seguridad adecuadas para proteger los sistemas frente a amenazas y vulnerabilidades.
  • Colaborar con otros equipos para integrar soluciones de software y hardware.
  • Desarrollar y mantener documentación técnica sobre configuraciones y procedimientos de sistemas.
  • Brindar soporte técnico a usuarios y personal de IT en la gestión de sistemas Microsoft.
  • Participar en proyectos de migración y actualización de sistemas.
  • Capacitar a los usuarios finales en la utilización de sistemas y herramientas tecnológicas.

Requirements

  • Título y cédula en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática o un campo relacionado.
  • Certificación como Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) o equivalente.
  • Experiencia comprobable en administración de sistemas Windows en entornos empresariales.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy y otros servicios de infraestructura de Microsoft.
  • Experiencia en gestión de servidores y virtualización (por ejemplo, Hyper-V).
  • Habilidades en scripting (PowerShell preferido) para automatización de tareas administrativas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de resolución de problemas y atención al detalle.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y colaborar en equipo eficazmente.
  • Buena comunicación tanto verbal como escrita.
