Actualmente, estamos buscando un Ingeniero de Bases de Datos Certificado para unirse al equipo de uno de nuestros clientes en Job Bridge Global. En este rol, serás responsable del diseño, implementación y gestión de bases de datos que soporten aplicaciones críticas. Trabajarás estrechamente con otros equipos para garantizar el rendimiento óptimo y la integridad de los datos.

Responsabilidades clave:

  • Diseñar y administrar bases de datos para respaldar aplicaciones e iniciativas empresariales.
  • Desarrollar y ejecutar scripts de mantenimiento y optimización de bases de datos.
  • Garantizar la seguridad y la privacidad de los datos mediante la implementación de controles adecuados.
  • Colaborar con desarrolladores de aplicaciones y otros grupos de trabajo para identificar y resolver problemas relacionados con las bases de datos.
  • Realizar copias de seguridad, restauraciones y auditorías periódicas de las bases de datos.
  • Monitorear y optimizar el rendimiento de la base de datos para asegurar una alta eficiencia.
  • Actualizar y migrar datos desde sistemas anteriores a nuevas plataformas.
  • Documentar procesos, configuraciones y cambios realizados en las bases de datos.

Requirements

  • Título y cédula en Informática, Sistemas de Información o un campo relacionado.
  • Certificación actual y vigente como Administrador de Bases de Datos (por ejemplo, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL).
  • Experiencia previa como ingeniero de bases de datos o en un rol similar.
  • Conocimiento sólido en diseño y gestión de bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales.
  • Experiencia en optimización de consultas y diseño de esquemas de datos.
  • Habilidades en programación de bases de datos utilizando SQL y otras herramientas pertinentes.
  • Excelentes capacidades de resolución de problemas y atención al detalle.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
  • Conocimiento de mejores prácticas en seguridad y gestión de datos.
  • Certificaciones adicionales en herramientas de análisis de datos o cloud computing (preferible).
