You will be responsible for guiding and supporting cross-functional teams, facilitating communication, removing obstacles, and promoting continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
- Coach and guide the development team, product owner, and stakeholders on Agile principles and methodologies.
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration and communication to achieve project goals and deliverables.
- Identify and address project risks, impediments, and dependencies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging experimentation and learning.
- Track and report project progress, metrics, and key performance indicators.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile coach.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and software development processes.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Experience with project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of Jira or other Agile project management tools is a plus.

Salary Range: $145,000 - $165,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
