Requirements
- Break down customer problems into work you and the team can execute on.

- Produce designs for new and existing features.

- Provide on-call support for services owned by the team, as part of a shared rotation schedule.
- Focus on software development best practices.
- Strong communication, analytical, and listening skills.

- Strong written and oral English and Polish language.
