We are looking for a talented and motivated Client Services Engineer with strong problem-solving and customer service skills to work closely with our clients, engineers, testers, and product teams in a fun and open atmosphere helping FinTechs realize their payment strategy by deploying Jack Henry’s products and services.
Requirements
- Performs and may lead system analysis and programming activities
- Develops, tests and reviews applications based on business requirements and industry best practices
- Collaborates with QA team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
- Works on critical tasks and deliverables with no assistance
- Participates in team in cross-functional meetings and discussions
- Creates required technical documentation
- May lead unit tests and integration tests to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of developed software
- Debugs and troubleshoots issues as they arise, providing timely resolutions
