The Instructional Design Apprentice at Jack Henry is a part-time, remote position that involves developing and expanding skills in instructional design, collaborating with experienced professionals, and contributing to high-quality educational content for diverse audiences.
Requirements
- Be a United States citizen and currently reside within the United States.
- Meet all legal requirements to work in the United States for an indefinite period of time without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
- Be able to work 20–25 hours per week for the full 6‐month apprenticeship duration.
- Demonstrate interest in instructional design, learning & development, education, or related fields, through coursework, self‐study, or hands‐on experience.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrate basic technical aptitude, including comfort working with digital tools, learning platforms, or multimedia content (e.g., video, documents, online modules).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with strong time‐management, organization, and follow‐through skill.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, adapt to shifting priorities, and manage multiple tasks under deadline.
