Requirements
- Coordinates and monitors programs, often involving several projects and initiatives, to ensure alignment with company and customer goals and strategy.
- Serves as liaison between company and customer in order to ensure all implementation requirements and targets are met.
- Serves as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments to ensure all implementation requirements are met.
- Ensures technical projects are completed on schedule.
- Creates, updates, and maintains all implementation calendars.
- Monitors and tracks all escalated issues to resolution.
- Assists in the implementation of project management tools and methodologies.
- Assists in the creation of standard templates for deliverables.
- Provides support to other project/product/program managers in dealing with issues impacting the progress of the project.
- May assist less experienced peers.
- May perform other job duties as assigned.
