As a critical member of the Professional Services organization, you are responsible for understanding and delivering solutions that drive long term success for our customers across all Ivanti pillars. You will be responsible for designing and delivering Ivanti services that will ensure the success of our growing list of global customers. As a key individual contributor and team leader, you will not only grow your knowledge across all Ivanti product pillars but will help enable your team’s growth as a mentor and career planner.

What You Will Be Doing:

The Supervisor will oversee the development and implementation of detailed technology solutions for clients using company products, outsourced solutions or proprietary tools/techniques. Responsible for defining the client needs, developing a proposal to meet those needs, as well as overseeing the implementation of the complete project solution. Performs in both a people management capacity and a technical leadership capacity. Performance is typically measured by the capture of the consulting engagement and/or utilization (e.g., billable hours for the department) or performance against budget. Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Incumbents who are managing teams of incumbents responsible for both designing and implementing technical systems, applications and process designs to meet client business specifications should be matched to Systems Integration Consulting (PS.PSSI). Incumbents who manage teams of incumbents responsible for coordinating all aspects of a product or service offering project for a client from inception to installation should be matched to Project (Client Services)(PS.PMPM).
