We seek a dedicated and experienced Team Lead to join our Refund Disputes team. As a Team Lead, you will manage a team of dispute analysts, ensure exceptional service delivery, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and coaching a team of dispute analysts who work on behalf of restaurants to raise disputes, and chargebacks related to refund orders.
- Ensuring the quality and accuracy of the dispute process and production by monitoring, reviewing, and auditing the cases handled by the team.
- Completing the client onboarding process by setting up accounts, verifying data, etc.
- Preparing and verifying the reports as required.
- Communicating with clients for onboarding, providing assistance with reports, resolving queries, and maintaining positive relationships.
- Managing client databases on Google Sheets and ensuring data integrity and security.
- Communicating with internal stakeholders, such as billing, sales, and product teams, to coordinate dispute management activities and provide feedback.
- Making sure that all the locations are being disputed by tracking and analyzing the data and identifying gaps or issues.
- Monitor and evaluate team members' performance
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic. Serve as a role model for the team.
- Encourage collaboration and teamwork. Foster a positive and inclusive team culture where members feel supported and valued.
Requirements
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- At least 8-10 years of proven experience in a related field.
- 4+ years in leadership/lead position
- Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Experience in International/US Markets would be an added advantage.
- Candidates must be flexible enough to work during US (ET time zone) hours, which is essential for this role, and they must have their own system/work setup for remote work.
