About the Role
We are looking for an engineer who will go through the journey with us from using ready-made tools (Vapi, Make) to building our own infrastructure of autonomous AI agents.
Your goal is to build a high-performance system where a custom backend manages marketing, sales, and education — turning AI technologies into real business metrics.
Responsibilities
1. Intelligent Sales and Lead Management- End-to-end qualification:
Building AI bots (voice + WhatsApp/Email) that conduct conversations, collect data, fill in Zoho CRM, and schedule meetings. - Smart missed-call handling (Voice-to-Calendar):
AI answers incoming calls, уточняет a convenient callback time, automatically creates a calendar event for the manager, and logs a task inthe CRM. - Database reactivation:
Bots for warming up segmented exports, initiating contact, and converting leads into scheduled consultations. - AI quality control (replacement of Vaamo.ai):
Analyzing calls for script compliance, identifying pains/objections, and aggregating insights for marketing.

Rapid development of landing pages, quizzes, calculators, and micro-tools to validate marketing ideas. - A/B and multivariate testing:
Setting up infrastructure to launch different landing pages or offers for different audience segments. - Insights collection and reporting:
Automating data collection from ad accounts and communications; building marketing dashboards. - Funnel personalization:
Implementing models for dynamic offers on landing pages and in messages to increase conversion and LTV.
Rapid development of landing pages, quizzes, calculators, and micro-tools to validate marketing ideas.
Setting up infrastructure to launch different landing pages or offers for different audience segments.
Automating data collection from ad accounts and communications; building marketing dashboards.
Implementing models for dynamic offers on landing pages and in messages to increase conversion and LTV.
3. AI Products for Education and Operations- LMS Quality Control:
Automating lesson audits (Airtable + AI): from video transcription to report generation. - AI simulator:
Voice-based simulator for student practice with skill analysis. - Document Processor:
Auto-generation of contracts/NDA via OCR based on uploaded documents.
