Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic individual for a unique Fractional General Legal Counsel role that will function as a brand ambassador/sales evangelist at IST Management, a privately-owned end-to-end litigation support services provider.
The ideal candidate will have a strong network of other legal professionals, including other corporate GC's and mid/large size firm partners.
You will be compensated at your hourly rate to advocate for IST Management, working alongside the C suite and executive sales team to network with your contacts, organize events, and help us to bring in new revenue partnerships. If you like to entertain, this is a great opportunity for you.
This is a remote position; must have JD and active bar cert required

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Advocate for IST Management, working alongside the C suite and executive sales team to network with your contacts, organize events, and help us to bring in new revenue partnerships
- Coordinate with team to plan/execute outings, dinners, entertainment functions, etc.
- Support growth initiatives such as acquisitions, financing, and partnerships
- Advise owners and executives on legal issues affecting the business
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and vendor agreements; contract management; ensure compliance with applicable laws and industry regulations
