Invoca is seeking a Training & Enablement Program Manager to drive the operational backbone of their Revenue Enablement function. The role will be responsible for managing enablement programs, learning systems, and content management, as well as measuring and reporting on enablement metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enablement, training operations, program management, or a similar GTM support function
- Demonstrated ability to operationalize programs and manage complex cross-functional initiatives
- Experience with LMS/CMS tools (e.g., Skilljar, WorkRamp, Highspot, Seismic)
- Familiarity with CRM and GTM systems (Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo)
- Advanced organizational and project management skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization
- Bias for action — self-starter with a “get it done” mentality and strong ownership mindset
- Flexible, agile, and able to navigate ambiguity with composure
