Role Overview :
We are looking for a motivated UI/UX Design Intern eager to build solid UX & UI skills and gain hands-on experience with design systems. Under the guidance of senior designers, you will help craft consistent, intuitive interfaces for our learning products while learning industry-standard tools and methods.
What you will do :
- Assist with design system maintenance: Help update Figma components, tokens, and documentation.
- Support UI production: Create layout variations, states, and lightweight prototypes under senior direction.
- Participate in user testing: Observe usability sessions and assist in synthesizing findings for design iterations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Attend stand-ups and design critiques with product, engineering, and content teams.
- Uphold accessibility standards: Learn WCAG principles and apply them to interface tweaks and redlines.

Basic Qualifications
- Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree or certification in Design, HCI, or a related field.
- Foundational knowledge of visual hierarchy, typography, color, and responsive design.
- Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools (coursework or personal projects acceptable).
- Strong willingness to learn, take feedback, and iterate quickly.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a remote environment.
