About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who thrives on crafting intuitive, user-centric designs. As a part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping digital experiences by working collaboratively with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design innovative solutions for complex problems.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Design Excellence: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to craft engaging user interfaces.
- User Insights: Develop user personas, flows, and journey maps to define and enhance user experiences.
- Research-Driven Approach: Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine design concepts.
- Consistency in Design: Build style guides, design systems, and reusable components to ensure cohesive UI across products.
- Accessibility Responsiveness: Ensure designs meet WCAG standards and are optimized for all screen sizes.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience designing intuitive interfaces for B2B, SaaS, or enterprise products.
- A portfolio showcasing your ability to solve complex design challenges.
Skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication to articulate design decisions effectively.
- Experience working with or creating comprehensive design systems (e.g., Material Design, Bootstrap, custom design systems).
- Understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and responsive design principles.
- Familiarity with designing complex dashboards and data visualization components for enterprise applications.
- Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, or Miro.

- Experience designing for healthcare or B2B enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with design systems and creating scalable components.
