Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering field required
- 5+ years of quality assurance or quality control experience in manufacturing, energy storage, electrical systems, or a closely related industry
- Proven ability to execute QA/QC activities such as FA, IPM, PSI, and FAT independently
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, inspection methods, and QA documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
