Our consistent, organic growth plus a recent $70M investment has accelerated the expansion of our fantastic team and we are currently seeking to add a results-oriented Implementation Project Manager.
As an Implementation Project Manager, you will manage customer facing projects as part of the implementation of IntelliShift’s web and mobile-based software platform.
This is a full-time, remote, US-based salaried position with occasional travel to our NY HQ or customer sites.
What you will do:
- Take ownership of assigned customer facing projects related to the implementation of the IntelliShift SaaS platform, with a focus on mid-size (MMB) and large (Enterprise) customers.
- Manage multiple implementation projects at one time.
- Work closely with scheduling team assigned to your projects to ensure hardware installations are completed quickly and as planned.
- Host weekly meetings via Zoom to provide updates to clients and measure results of the overall implementation of the IntelliShift platform.
- Record action items related to the project and track them through to completion.
- Work cross functionally as needed with Product, Support, Marketing, etc. as needed to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Attach all notes and key project documentation in SalesForce.com.
- Provide proactive and reactive tier-1 customer support during the active implementation project.
- Set-up and configure the IntelliShift platform to meet the customer’s needs with a focus on ROI.
- Conduct user-based training on the IntelliShift platform remotely via Zoom.
- Travel as needed to take part in key meetings or provide user-based training (travel up to 20%).
What you'll need to do it:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 3+ years of proven project management experience.
- Understanding of SaaS platforms that lean heavily on a hardware component.
- Strong familiarity with using Salesforce.com.
- Strong familiarity with Asana.
- Comfortable interfacing with clients, with various technical backgrounds, both written and verbal.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Powerpoint/Word/Excel/Outlook).
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to influence individual contributors and leaders across the company.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a hyper growth environment with shifting priorities.

Benefits
We offer competitive compensation, commensurate with experience; $100-120k. We also offer outstanding benefits to simplify the lives of our employees and show them how much we appreciate their contributions. IntelliShift provides company-subsidized medical insurance for all employees (and largely subsidized coverage for families), dental, vision, and 401K with a 4% company contribution. This is a remote full-time, salaried position with occasional travel to our NY HQ, tradeshows, and customer site throughout the country.
