As a Product Enablement Manager on our team, you are a critical part of developing and executing programs that provide relevant product knowledge to employees across the company. We are seeking a proven Product Enablement Manager that can help our team members understand the power of our technology starting at new hire, ongoing throughout their journey at IntelliShift, by creating engaging training programs and materials. You will be responsible for helping create user enablement strategies, training programs, and resources to empower users and drive product adoption. You will help develop a strong Go-To-Market motion within the organization for enabling new product launches or upsell opportunities to existing customers. As a member of the product team, you will play a crucial role in release readiness planning and execution.
This is a full-time, remote, US-based salaried position with occasional travel to our NY HQ, tradeshows, or customer sites.
What you will do:
- Focus on the advancement of the product skills of customer-facing roles including Sales, Customer Success & Implementation.
- Develop in-depth knowledge and hands on working experience with IntelliShift products to support the Sales and Customer Success team demos.
- Produce high-quality, detailed, and clear training materials (presentations, video tutorials, how-to guides, FAQs).
- Lead technical writer for internal and external product documentation. (Help Center documentation)
- Work directly with Product Managers to develop department-specific educational resources.
- Build and keep strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders from Go-to-Market teams (Sales, Customer Success, & Marketing) to ensure deep understanding of their needs, learning objectives and product & partner knowledge gaps.
- Develop in-depth knowledge and hands on working experience of key partner products IntelliShift is reselling to support the Sales and Customer Success teams demos.
What you'll need to do it:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 3+ years of proven experience working in product enablement or role supporting end-user training.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute.
- Able to collaborate and build good working relationships with multiple teams and roles at a fast pace.
- You have strong project management skills and can effectively manage working on multiple initiatives at once.
- Intrinsically motivated learner who takes a hands-on approach with tools.
- Passion for user experience, with the technical chops to demo products and features to different audiences.

Benefits
We offer competitive compensation, commensurate with experience; $130-145k. We also offer outstanding benefits to simplify the lives of our employees and show them how much we appreciate their contributions. IntelliShift provides company-subsidized medical insurance for all employees (and largely subsidized coverage for families), dental, vision, and 401K with a 4% company contribution. This is a remote full-time, salaried position with occasional travel to our NY HQ, tradeshows, and customer site throughout the country.
