Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Executive Service Fulfillment to manage end-to-end service fulfillment in the travel and tourism industry. You will oversee accommodations, guide allocation, activity coordination, and ensure that all services meet or exceed client expectations. This is a great opportunity to build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders while ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients, including suppliers and stakeholders.

• Oversee end-to-end service fulfillment, including handling accommodations, guide allocation, and activity coordination.

• Monitor tour expenses and coordinate technical visits to ensure smooth execution.

• Implement and maintain quality control processes to meet or exceed client expectations and resolve issues promptly.

• Supervise and mentor service fulfillment coordinators to enhance team performance and efficiency.

• Continuously evaluate and optimize processes using technology where appropriate.

• Execute contingency plans to minimize disruption during emergencies or unexpected events.

• Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and destination-specific information to improve service offerings.

Candidate Profile:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the travel industry, particularly in operations or a related field.

• In-depth knowledge of Sri Lankas sightseeing attractions and travel-related aspects.

• Strong customer service skills, with excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities.

• Good command of English and proficiency in computer literacy is essential.
