You will collaborate across engineering and business teams to deliver scalable analytics systems and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy machine learning models for analytics and automation.
• Analyze complex datasets to support strategic decision-making.
• Design data science solutions to enhance financial operations.
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to align technical and business goals.
• Maintain robust data pipelines and support real-time analytics.
• Apply ML techniques to improve risk assessment and fraud detection.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
• Minimum 9+ years of experience, with 3+ years in data science or machine learning.
• Proficient in Python, R, or Scala.
• Skilled in data cleaning using Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
• Experience with ML tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with distributed computing (Spark, Hadoop).
• Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and optimization.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Background in financial services (trading, risk management) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
