Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer to join our technology team and play a key role in designing and delivering automation solutions. You will contribute to every stage of the automation lifecycle, leveraging tools like UiPath, Power Platform, and AI-driven technologies to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify automation requirements.

• Design, develop, and configure automation workflows using reusable components and best practices.

• Prepare documentation, including user guides, test cases, and release notes.

• Conduct rigorous testing and ensure quality assurance of automated workflows.

• Monitor deployed processes, debug issues, and release fixes after testing.

• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure timely delivery of automation projects.

• Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.

• Review existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance performance and scalability.

• Stay updated with the latest product updates, AI features, and industry trends to integrate into automation solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).

• Certifications such as UiPath Certified Automation Developer Associate or Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900) are an advantage.

• 12 years of hands-on experience with automation tools (UiPath, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere).

• Experience designing and implementing RPA solutions with scalability and maintainability.

• Knowledge of Agile practices (SAFE, SCRUM, KANBAN) and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Miro.

• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and tools like ServiceNow.

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
