Job Description:

to guide and manage the full-stack development team while working closely with cross-functional teams, including support and sales, to address customer-reported product issues. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Laravel, React, React Native, AWS Services, and MySQL, as well as strong leadership,coordination, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and assist the development team, ensuring smooth collaboration and productivity.

Work with the QA team to ensure features are thoroughly tested and validated before production.

Oversee production releases, ensuring deployment readiness and swift resolution of post-release issues.

Plan and manage development tasks using JIRA, ensuring effective sprint execution and backlog management.

Ensure all technical work, processes, and code are well-documented to support future

development and maintenance.

Work closely with the support team to quickly address and resolve technical issues raised by customers around the world.

Collaborate with the sales team to troubleshoot and provide solutions for product issues that impact customers globally.

Led the design, development, and maintenance of Laravel applications.

Optimize MySQL databases for high performance and scalability.

Implement AWS cloud solutions (EC2, S3, Lambda, Fargate, SQS, SNS, etc...) for robust

infrastructure.

Ensure best practices are followed for CI/CD using Bitbucket pipelines.

Requirements:

Proven work experience for 5+ years in Laravel-based Solutions Development.

Expertise in Laravel, any frontend tech stacks like (react, vue, angular or JavaScript), MySQL, and AWS Services.

Experience with micro-services architecture.

Experience in team management and mentoring.

Strong familiarity with JIRA for managing development processes.

Ability to work with support and sales teams to resolve product issues raised by global customers.

Familiarity with production release processes and coordination with cross-functional teams.

Strong documentation and communication skills.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket.

Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in production environments.
