This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the success of our marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Active involvement in the deployment of the company's marketing plan, and working closely with the management to make sure that digital campaigns align with the overall business strategy.
• Management of social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Create engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Be the face and voice of our brand on social media and craft scroll-stopping content that taps into the latest trends, challenges, and sounds (humor, education, behind-the-scenes, and anything that sparks joy).
• Collaborate and manage influencer marketing partnerships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (fresh graduate) or professional qualification in Marketing,
• Communications, English, Journalism, or related field.
• Knowledge and experience in graphics designing, particularly in Canva (Adobe
• Photoshop and Illustrator skills will be an added advantage).
• High proficiency in writing content in English and fluent in the English language.
• The ability to represent InTalent with creativity, confidence, and a positive demeanor on social media platforms.
• An energetic personality that brings enthusiasm to the team.
• A knack for suggesting and incorporating positive changes.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
