Requirements:

• 5-6 years of experience in Test Automation.
• Experience with at least two Automation testing tools out of Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Playwright, TestNG
• Good to have experience with Performance testing tools and frameworks such as JMeter, and K6.
• Experience in API Automation is mandatory.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) and test management tools (Jira, TestRail).
• A good understanding of design principles and writing clean test code.
• Experience in version control systems like Bitbucket.
• Bugs analysis to increase test coverage in critical areas.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Extensive knowledge of Cloud applications.
• Knowledge of application testing/security testing is a plus.
• Previous working experience with offshore clients.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Writing Automated test scripts using industry-standard tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Playwright, and Appium.
• Involved in performance testing to evaluate system performance under varying conditions.
• Managing defects and improving processes.
• Defining quality standards and metrics.
• Working with all stakeholders to ensure that quality metrics are reviewed, closed, and agreed upon.
• Make the team aware of the quality metrics and resolve all the queries.
• Create comprehensive test documentation.
• Come up with estimates, prioritize, plan, and coordinate QA activities.
• Defining processes for the test plan and several phases of the testing cycle.
• Work closely on the project deadlines to ensure the team is focusing on automation and manual testing.
• Set processes for test plan reviews and ensure that test plans get reviewed by all stakeholders.
• Review test strategies and see that all the various kinds of testing, such as unit, functional, performance, stress, acceptance, and security, are covered.
• Set Quality standards for the teams in various new testing technologies in the industry.
• Setting up goals and objectives for QA Engineers and guiding junior QA members.
• Leading a team of testers and taking responsibility for the quality of their work.
• Developing an end-to-end automation strategy in line with the strategic vision and product roadmap.
