We're looking for a RevOps Manager to own the technical infrastructure that powers our marketing engine, architecting our marketing data model within our CRM, integrating new data sources, and implementing AI tools across our marketing programs.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or a GTM Systems role at a B2B SaaS company
- Strong technical skills: ability to write formulas, build complex workflows, and implement AI/automation tools in a marketing context
- Data architecture/integration experience: designed or significantly improved a marketing data model and connected multiple systems
- Analytical mindset: ability to make decisions based on data and interpret funnel and conversion metrics
- Comfort partnering with a product/engineering team
- Builder mentality: willingness to create scalable systems rather than repeating manual tasks
