About Us

InStride Health’s mission is to deliver specialty anxiety and OCD care that works for every kid, teen, young adult, and family who needs it. Through this mission, we are expanding access to insurance-based care, increasing engagement in treatment, and improving treatment outcomes. We are doing this by combining research-backed clinical care and innovative technology to eliminate the major problems with care today: difficulty finding providers, months of waiting to be seen, arduous onboarding processes, and inconsistent use of evidence-based therapies and outcomes tracking. Our vision is to become the nation’s most trusted provider of pediatric anxiety and OCD care.

  • Supporting the Care Team: Managing administrative tasks to support the care team in providing high-quality care, including rescheduling, medical record requests, patient transitions, and other coordination activities.
  • Delivering Outstanding Service: Building strong, supportive relationships with patients, families, and the care team to ensure a smooth and positive experience at every interaction.

What You Need to Succeed in the Role

  • Experience in a customer service role, preferably where scheduling was part of the role.

  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to complete tasks quickly and follow established workflows accurately and efficiently.
  • Ability to adapt to a quickly-changing environment.
  • Problem-solver with a proactive approach to identifying both root causes and potential solutions.
  • Comfortable navigating multiple technology systems and tools at one time.

The starting annual salary for this role is $50,000. We maintain consistent starting salaries and salary bands to ensure our team members have a clear path for growth within their roles, allowing their compensation to increase as they gain experience at InStride.

Many families with children and young adults struggling with anxiety or obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) find it incredibly challenging to access effective and timely mental health care. Recognizing this critical gap, InStride Health was established to provide a lifeline. Our customers, these families, often face long waitlists, a shortage of specialized clinicians, and care that isn't integrated into their daily lives. This is why InStride Health offers a virtual-first, insurance-based model, ensuring that high-quality, evidence-based treatment for pediatric anxiety and OCD is both accessible and affordable. We understand that when a child is struggling, the entire family is impacted. Therefore, our approach is designed to support not just the young person, but their parents and caregivers as well, providing them with the tools and strategies to create a supportive home environment.

Our customers need a solution that fits into their busy lives and delivers real, lasting results. Traditional therapy models often leave young people to manage on their own between sessions, making it difficult to consistently practice new coping skills. InStride Health addresses this by providing real-time support from a dedicated care team – including a psychiatrist, therapist, and exposure coach – who help young people practice exposure therapy and build resilience in everyday moments. Our care model is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a strong emphasis on Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), considered the gold standard for treating anxiety and OCD. We collaborate closely with families, schools, and other healthcare providers to create a comprehensive support system. By bringing proven treatment methodologies, originally developed at leading institutions like McLean Hospital, directly to families through a user-friendly digital platform, we empower young people to overcome their challenges and lead fulfilling lives. Our commitment is to ensure that every child and young adult has the opportunity to receive the specialized care they deserve, when and where they need it most.
