The Role
We’re searching for an enthusiastic sales development representative to join our team and support business growth. If you are a personable, goal-oriented and motivated individual focused on building relationships we’d like to meet you. Your objective is to boost the sales pipeline for the sales team and contribute to our long-term business growth.

What you will do...
- Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to interested new clients.
- Prospect potential clients via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce qualified leads.
- Maintain the CRM to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads.
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects.
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives.
- Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to create thoughtful and unique campaigns.
Requirements
What we're looking for...
- Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of the sales process.
- Hands-on experience with sales techniques.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Preferred: experience with sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and/or Salesforce.
- Ability to learn quickly and take accountability of your objectives.

- The salary range for this role is $50,000 - $60,000 annually plus commission
- We offer 28 vacation days plus 11 US holidays per year.
