Job Description
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Partner closely with the Business Unit GM to develop and implement strategic business plans to ensure the growth and sustainability of the Business Unit. Collaborate with leaders to understand organizational goals and provide insights and recommendations based on research and analysis
- Goal Setting and Implementation: In close partnership with GM, assist in setting vision, strategy, and goals for large-scale initiatives. Work with teams to implement strategies and measure progress.
- Risk Evaluation: Evaluate risk factors when making critical business decisions; identify potential challenges and propose solutions.
- Representation and Collaboration: Represent the BU in meetings, facilitate cross-functional collaboration with other BUs and departments to leverage synergies and optimize overall company performance.
- Communication and Follow-Up: Serve as a liaison between different departments, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on action items
- Project Management: Support special projects and initiatives under the guidance of the BU GM. Monitor project progress, tack milestones, and provide updates.
- Meeting Coordination: Plan and coordinate strategic meetings; ensure they remain focused and productive. Prepare meeting materials and follow-up on action points.
- Data Collection & Analysis: Use data to analyze trends, identify patterns, and make informed decisions.
- M&A Integration: Assist in managing M&A acquisition calendar and action items, value creation plans, and integration activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Strong track record of achieving business goals
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
