Senior Manager, Product Management

We're seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management to lead our global Service Management platform powered by ServiceNow. You'll be responsible for managing product teams, driving product strategy, and increasing platform satisfaction. If you have extensive experience in product management, particularly in B2B web applications or service delivery workflow solutions, and a proven track record in Scrum methodologies, we want you! Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and prioritize an existing team of Product Owners and Business Analysts.
- Manage product teams with a commitment to coaching, mentoring, and developing future leaders.
- Oversee global demand management and feature adoption within applications on our Service Management platform.
- Utilize industry and Insight-specific frameworks and methodologies for agile product development.
- Provide thought leadership to business stakeholders and product development teams.
- Be responsible for release communications and any necessary training or enablement materials needed for successful adoption.
- Engage with stakeholders to align organizational processes and priorities.
- Translate business needs into developer-ready roadmap items.
- Implement and track metrics to measure the success of product features and performance of the product management team.
- Proactively identify and eliminate obstacles impacting product teams and deliverables.
What you'll need to succeed:
- At least 10 years of experience in Product Management.
- At least 5 years of experience managing product managers with a focus on leadership development.
- 3+ years of direct experience in developing B2B web applications or service delivery workflow solutions.
- Proven track record of success in Scrum and agile methodologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
