We are currently seeking an OCM Lead for our client in the Consumer Goods industry implementing S4 HANA. This position is through the end of the year with probable extension and requires a passionate self-starter who can work in a fast-paced environment, pay attention to detail, contribute to conceptual discussions and decisions, thrive working in both independently and in a team environment, as well as the ability to set timelines and estimate the work required to complete a task.
This role is remote. The base rate range for this position is typically $85/hr to $90/hr with additional benefits available. However, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, including experience and location, and we will also consider candidates outside of this range as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Change Communications strategy, creation, distribution, and impact measurement to create appropriate levels of awareness for all audiences at the right time throughout project execution
- Education content, delivery capability and delivery strategy development to drive competence and confidence in system users and their management teams
- Create deliverables (e.g. readiness assessments, management toolkits, audience analysis, executive level Communication)
- Design and transition to new organizational systems that best enable use of new information technology new work processes, and new ways of thinking about executing new work processes
- Strong facilitation skills working with all levels of client organizations
- Strong collaboration skills working with client, competitor, and complimenting consultant teams
- Working knowledge of at least one large scale integrated application system.

- Participation in more than five large scale business change initiatives (SAP, S/4 HANA, Oracle, Cloud)
- Lead more than four large scale business change initiatives
- Lead or played a major role in more than three large scale technology enabled change initiatives
- Verifiable accomplishment of more than four Organization Design implementations
