Key Responsibilities:

• We are seeking experienced MIM Customer Engineers to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the largest and most sophisticated companies in the world, usually F1000.
• You will be a trusted advisor, responsible for customer satisfaction, deployment, adoption, and support of Security services for diverse client environments, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• You will help them stabilize developed solution areas.
• Working with MIMWAL and different activity types, resource control display configurations, Oracle, AD-LDS, MySQL, PCNS, GAL Sync, and Azure AD self-service password reset/account unlock.

What you'll need to succeed

• The ideal candidate should have experience with Microsoft Identity Manager, including MIMWAL and understanding of different activity types, resource control display configurations, and Oracle, AD-LDS, MySQL, PCNS, GAL Sync, and Azure AD self-service password reset/account unlock.
• Experience with Azure AD Connect, Azure MFA, Azure SSPR, Azure PIM, Passwordless Authentication, Azure AD B2B access rights/B2C access rights is required.
• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, Azure App SSO, Azure App Provisioning/App Proxy, Azure Authentication, Azure App Registrations, Azure Conditional Access, Azure AD Password Protection, Azure AD Identity Governance, Azure AD Identity Protection, and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) is also beneficial.
• The candidate should also have familiarity with Graph/Rest API and Visual Basic/C, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also required.
