What you'll be doing as a Senior Software Engineer in Insider:
- Designing, implementing and maintaining APIs and services,
- Identifying and solving complex technical challenges creatively and effectively,
- Nurture a team culture that fosters collaboration and high performance,
- Providing guidance and support to team members, helping them develop their technical skills
- Monitoring and optimizing key performance metrics
We'd be thrilled to work with you if:
- You’ve had experience designing highly scalable and highly available systems, most of it in Go (PHP knowledge is a plus)
- You’ve had experience with SQL technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and similar databases
- You’ve had experience with caching systems like Redis
- You've had experience with queue systems like NSQ
- You take pride in your engineering practices
- Quality and documentation are not an afterthought for you
