The Remote Advisory Team was established in 2021 with a clear ambition: to realize credit applications up to an interest of EUR 1 million in a distinctive way. These credit applications, especially aimed at the "easy" and "guided" segment, are handled at a physical distance from the customer, where we still want to give the customer the feeling of being next to them. We show that you can still make contact personal through digital means. We want to process a request within a maximum of 48 hours in order to offer our customers quick clarity. By customers we mean both the end customer and Business Advisors, with whom in many cases you remain in close contact because it often concerns customers they know well. Our focus is basically on credit applications, but we also advise more broadly than that. We also process all credit applications that come in through the intermediary channel. Either we write them ourselves, or we pass the lead on to our colleagues Advisor Business. Our location is ING Head Office Bunnik, from where we work about 50% of our time. The other 50%, although you work from home, you stay in close contact with your team. The team currently consists of 27 enthusiastic colleagues! The coming period will be marked by a national roll-out of our intermediary proposition and strong growth in the segment of requests <250k (SEM). As a Remote Advisor Business you primarily handle SEM credit applications up to 250k. You have commitment from the client early in the process. For SEM requests, you are able to assess early on whether the request is feasible. You lead the way in setting ambitions and you are a driver of the performance culture. In the squad, you set an example in terms of cooperation, attitude and behavior. You help to ensure a good atmosphere and the just do it mentality. You also proactively fulfill a SPOC role with which one also collaborates with other teams. You initiate improvement initiatives for improvements within your own sphere of influence and you feed the MT with points of attention outside your own sphere of influence.

You are a real team player who, together with your colleagues, achieves goals with a focus on remote advice. But above all you are very customer-oriented, you want to offer the best service to entrepreneurs in all respects and you have the personality and expertise to bind entrepreneurs to you and to (help) broaden the services to entrepreneurs. - business talent;

- great drive to close the deal;

• hefty dose of entrepreneurship and initiative;
• Experience in writing (business) credit proposals or demonstrable experience with financial analysis. In fact, financial statements hold few secrets for you;
• The ability to play chess on several boards simultaneously: every day you work on different financing requests;

- > 4 years of relevant work experience;

• Hbo/academic working and thinking level;
• Effortless flexibility in hybrid working;
• Knowledge of banking products and services;
• Strongly developed communication skills;

- Willingness to invest in yourself;

• Eye for and knowledge of developments in SMEs.
