The Principal Solution Consultant is a senior, highly specialized member of the WFM Solution Consulting team who possesses deep technical, architectural, and functional expertise across Infor’s Workforce Management (WFM) solution. This role elevates the SC practice by serving as the technical design authority during sales cycles, building complex proof-of-concept configurations, and ensuring solution feasibility across integrations, extensibility, and multi-product workflows.
Requirements
- Experience owning end-to-end demo environment builds
- Experience building tailored, scenario-specific demos based on live customer discovery input
- Experience with hands-on configuration of Scheduling, Timekeeping, Pay Rules, Leave, and Mobility modules — end-to-end
- Experience with Pay Rule Engine: rules, conditions, and exception handling logic
- Experience building Custom Form Studio configurations and custom reports
- Experience writing and applying SQL filtering within DBLookup configurations
- Experience with Groovy scripting
- Understanding of client data tables and how they underpin WFM configurations
- Experience designing and implementing integration workflows connecting WFM to HCM, Payroll, and FSM platforms
- Experience with at least 2–3 of the following industries: Healthcare (including floating/agency logic), Public Sector (union, leave compliance), Retail (availability, scheduling patterns), Hospitality (dynamic staffing), Manufacturing
