Infor is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Account Manager to drive the adoption of Infor ERP solutions and innovations for named large accounts in Eastern Europe, including Hungary and Slovenia. The role is pivotal to Infor's SaaS business strategy, focusing on delivering measurable business value to customers while working cross-functionally within Infor's organization and leveraging partner ecosystems when needed.
Requirements
- Familiarity with sales processes and methodologies, especially in a direct and partner-driven sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proven track record of successful sales in the ERP software industry, with experience in Infor ERP preferred
- Knowledge of IFS, QAD or SAP ERP systems is a plus.
- Experience of helping customers on their Cloud journey.
