The Inside Client Partner is responsible for selling Infor managed services as part of our implementation services and as stand-alone offerings for clients.
Requirements
- Managing a territory with an annual sales quota for managed services.
- Engaging with existing and new customers to identify opportunities for Infor managed services and collaborating with relevant teams.
- Supporting the full sales lifecycle in partnership with SaaS Sales Representatives and Field Client Partners, including responding to RFPs, making presentations, and negotiating contracts.
- Identifying prospective clients and new business opportunities with the License, Services, Customer Experience, and Support teams.
- Developing and executing a sales strategy to close opportunities and meet sales targets.
- Providing regular updates on qualification, forecasting, and opportunity analysis, focusing on closing deals.
