You’ll be at the center of balancing the supply and demand of billable talent, ensuring teams are optimized, and aligning the right skills with the right projects. Your mission? To build structure and visibility into how we plan and deliver projects - driving smoother workflows and stronger outcomes.

As INDG’s software branch, Grip simplifies content production by combining CGI, rule-based generative AI, and post-production into an easy-to-use content generator that transforms master ad creatives into infinite variations for clients that include The Coca-Cola Company, L'Oréal, LVMH and Beiersdorf.

  • Act as a central liaison between Project Management, VFX Supervisors, and the Production Team.

  • Align resourcing strategies with client delivery expectations.

  • Provide thoughtful, strategic input on resourcing conflicts, facilitating diplomatic and effective resolutions.

Risk Identification & Mitigation

  • Proactively identify and assess resourcing risks, including talent shortages, overcommitments, and dependency clashes.

  • Develop and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project and business continuity.

Requirements

Who You Are:

  • 3–5 years of experience in resource, traffic, or project management, ideally within a digital, media, or creative agency setting.

  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and the workflows involved in delivering creative and media projects.

  • Proficiency with resource management tools and project planning platforms.

  • Data-savvy with the ability to interpret, forecast, and act on resourcing and performance metrics.

  • Proactive mindset with a strategic, solution-oriented approach.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; effective at fostering collaboration across departments.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a passion for process improvement.
