Provide post-salesservicesfor software implementation, scripting,upgradesand migrations
Work closely withcustomer and project team to ensure all deliverables are executed successfully, with quality, on time and on budget
Rapidly generate customer trust and confidence

Gather requirements for the solution delivery, working closely with Customer, Vendor understanding use cases,commandsand parameters
Driveonsiteand/or remoteproject workshops and consultation with the customer
Providecustomer-facing technical documentation, including Acceptance Test Plans
Write high quality scripts asrequiredfor the solution delivery, migration, static data import etc.
Maintain detailed issue tracking,action items, and troubleshoot customer issuesthroughout the project
Deliver onsite and/or remote product training to customers
Conduct knowledge transfer to handoff project to technical support
Act as a liaison between the customer, sales, other professional services colleagues, engineering, and technical support
Develop best practices for the services’ team
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree,in computer science, computer engineeringor related technical discipline -- oran equivalent combination of education andexperience
5 to 6 years' experience in a customer-facing role, implementing complex software solutions
Excellent communication, facilitation, and organization skills
A strong desireto learn, experience new challenges and grow into positions of increasing responsibility
Demonstrated ability to influence customers, internal stakeholders and technical teams through credible knowledge and experience, persuasion and influencing skills
Possess superior written and oral communication, time management, organizational and presentation skills with the ability to negotiate and collaborate to achieve vision

Experience developing with JavaScript, Python, Perl

Knowledge of Security architectures and firewalls
Network knowledge and skills (TCP/IP, UDP, routing protocols,layer 2 and 3 switches, firewalls, load balancers,etc.)
Knowledge oftelecommunications domain and standards (TR-069, DOCSIS,PacketCable, GPON, Metro Ethernet, DHCP,etc)
Prior experience of Cloud Computing concepts (AWS)
Prior experience with containerised solutions using Kubernetes, Dockers, Helm
Experience working with BSS/OSSmust
Understanding of complex deployment architectures and ability to design scalable and HA systems
Flexibility in working schedule, based on client needs, to accommodate time zones across the Americas
Ability to travel internationally up to15% of the time
Excellent command, highly proficient in spoken and written English, Portuguese

Prior experience of Cloud Computing concepts (GCP, Microsoft Azure)
Database deployment and administration skills, specifically with Oracle,MySQLand/or MongoDB
Experience working with Ansible and YAML
Telecoms or Cable Operatorexperience and exposure
Experience with monitoring tools such as MRTG, Nagios, Cacti, Sniffer etc.
